By accessing or using DriveTidy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DriveTidy is a tool that connects to your Google Drive to scan for duplicates, clutter, and organization opportunities. We provide AI-powered suggestions for renaming, moving, and organizing files. All changes require your explicit approval before execution.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • Reviewing and approving suggested changes before they are applied
  • Ensuring you have the right to modify files in connected Shared Drives
  • Backing up important files before applying bulk changes

4. Payment Terms

Reset (One-Time Purchase): A single payment of $19.99 USD unlocks full insights and AI recommendations for the current scan. This is a permanent unlock for that scan session.

Guard (Monthly Subscription): $7 USD per month billed monthly. Provides weekly automated scans and ongoing recommendations. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DriveTidy, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not read file contents; we only access file metadata.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DriveTidy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any changes made to your Google Drive files through the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We recommend reviewing all suggested changes before applying them and maintaining backups of important files.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You may disconnect your Google account and stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
